Per Keim, Hoffman, and others, Jordan Reed is at practice today.
I read somewhere that as part of the concussion protocol, he has to practice once before being clear. Hopefully he has no setbacks and is ready for Sunday.

Redskins Training Camp Thread
This report may be a way for Jay Gruden to tell AP to cool it when he only gets 30–40 % of the touches. AP is in a good situation in Washington, with a run-centered offense. Guice was injured last year and if it happens again, AP could easily be back on top. Jay Gruden is fighting for his job and probably doesn’t want to get yelled at by Adrian because he wants to run more. He should shut up and be glad he’s got a job as a RB at his age.
