Kinda hard to see what Cox did but it appears like he sucker punched Staley from behind. The blow had to be done with such force to cause an orbital (eye socket) fracture so it wasnt him just reaching out inadvertently.

Odd looking play.

No link but Andrew Luck is out for the season. Russell Wilson and KC are the best two from that draft at this point.
