Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects

^ Slinging Sammy 33 has mentioned RG3. The kid looks like a solid prospect.

Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects

^RG3 faces some real competition over the next couple of weeks. As good as he's looked, we should know a lot more about him by Halloween.

His completion percentage is over 80 right now. wow

You know what I actually agree with. He doesn't have a rocket like McNabb or Ryan Mallet. However, he does have a good arm. He can make all of the throws.

I think he has some talent but he's not a first round pick.

It's not like I can change this screen name...

Why is no one here talking about Tannehill? I haven't seen much of him but he is putting up some nice numbers.

Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects

God this class is so loaded.

Every year the QB class seems somewhat underwhelming, and so I've taken something of a "wait for next year" attitude. Well, next year is coming. Now. There are so many first round QBs that we shouldn't have to trade anywhere to land the right guy.

1. Luck
2. Barkley*
3. Landry Jones
4. Robert Griffin III*
5. Tannehill
6. Nick Foles
7. Kellen Moore
8. Kirk Cousins
9. Ryan Lindley
10. Tyler Wilson*
11. Brandon Weeden
12. John Brantley
13. Brock Osweiler
14. Danye Crist
15. EJ Manuel*

Obviously we are not getting Luck. But QB's #3-7, #9-10 would all look good in Skin uniforms as our starting QB next year.

Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects

Speaking of drafting, I did that email bruce allen thing on the Redskins page, and asked him about what he thinks about next years draft, and he basically said expect us to get a QB with the amount of good ones that are coming out next year...

Re: 2012 NFL Draft Prospects

We finally have some smart people running this organization. I'm glad we did what we did, and what we didn't do in the draft considering the QB's who will be available next year.

Given that QB is arguably the weakest position on our roster, I would be stunned if we didn't go hard after QB talent.

I have to take back my previous statement. Robert Griffen has first round talent. I just watched his game against tcu. This kid is excellent passer with great mobility. The only thing that concerns me is his size.

Thanks for the vid! Although he has a bit of a windup, he throws a sweet ball. Good legs. And, while he's not prototypical size, he's bigger than Kellen Moore. And he has commentators who speak ?Russian?
