https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...-rate-rankings

^^ some interesting "stats", I imagine determining "win rate" is somewhat subjective but it goes by 2.5 seconds.

None of the Skins are in the top 10 for pass rush win rate or pass rush blocking win rate.

Payne is 4th for DT run stop win rate (makes a tackle on run play w/in 2.5 seconds)

Wes Martin is 7th for OG run block win rate (holds his block for 2.5 seconds or more)

Chase Roullier is 5th for C run block win rate

Skins team as a whole are a disappointing 25th in the league for pass rush win rate; 13th for run stop win rate; 25th for pass block win rate; 12th run block win rate

Funny shit. I looked at my son and said, "That play right there pretty much sums up the NFC East this year."

Around the NFL week 7

I hope Snyder is forced to sell this franchise. Only he would think a NON-NAME is ok for this team. Most fans in other cities think it is funny and ridiculous that we don’t have a name already. It just shows how LAME and disconnected Danny is. The fan polls universally voted for the RED WOLVES, but Snyder could care less.

Its not just about the name, its trademarks, branding, and design. Heck even the new stadium plans will be affected by it. I would rather they take time to get everything in order than worry about fans of other teams and in other cities think.

Edit: that is not to say that I trust Snyder to do it right, only that since they have committed to not being the redskins then take the time and do the change right.

Yes, Dan Snyder is clueless and unconcerned about his customers. You broke the code! Does anyone besides me remember Generic Beer which was an actual brand name? Dan is thinking of giving us a generic football team, labelled as such. This is just the turd on top of the many, many things that he has done to take all the enjoyment out of being a pro football fan in Washington.

I agree 100% that they need to take the time to get everything done right. They have an opportunity here to rebrand and start over, take as much time as necessary to get it right.

But if we get stuck with "Football Team" in an organized sport where there exists hundreds of thousands of football teams from little league to pro football, I will curse the name of Snyder until I die.

Watching Bucs game now, funny how Snyder tried to buy a championship team back in the day and it didn’t work, but the Bucs seem to be doing it effortlessly. Smh

He just isn't accurate enough for my taste. He throws with awful mechanics and I see why his shoulder went bad.

Re: Around the NFL week 7

I would dangle both Kerrigan and Anderson, the Seahawks and cards could use pass rushing. They seem desperate and we can make reasonable deals, I would check with Arizona first.

Heads up move by Fitzgerald getting the ball ready to be set on that last drive.
