Re: NFL Draft Prospects Thread

I’m a terps homer, but I like all their draft prospects this year given their draft projections.

Safety Antoine brooks - projected to be rounds 3-6. I’d definitely take him as udfa, he seems like a very poor mans collins and not a coverage safety

Rb Anthony macfarland - projected 4-7 with injury concerns, i think he will stick around the nfl the longest as long as he stays healthy. Udfa would be awesome

Lb keondre jones - projected 7 or Udfa. Top 30 ranked prospect flipped from md to Osu with Haskins and then came back to md. Would love him as a udfa

Honestly ... I don’t know if I’ll ever forgive or 100% truly be impartial to Haskins for what he did to the terps.

Heard Sheehan mention this guy, he is a homer like you.

Like the comp, big play guy. I’d like Kyle to take a chance to find big play ability guys like this, Andy Reid seems to find one every year

Javon Leake .. I liked him to. He would bust some big 50 plus yard plays. He looks like a burner on tv .. then I looked up his 40 time and it 4.6 plus. I couldnt believe it but games are played in pads and not on a track as they say. he has game speed, not sprinter speed. Injury concerns.

McFarland is the stud of the group imo. I think he will be in the league the longest.

Keondre Jones - i just think there is a place for him in the league. Needs to add some muscle but he cant flash some athleticism, good in short coverage, was a top HS recruit ....

with the right team and right coaching .. I think he can hang around for a few years.

Per John Keim:

I believe he’ll be one to watch here as well.
Don’t think above the 4th here but ...stay tuned. You never know as they like to say.

I'll throw out a name here: UCLA TE Devin Asiasi. Mentioned as a Day 3 guy but could be in play Day 2. Lots of teams have done work on him, with the #Jaguars, #Bears and #Seahawks among those who had videoconferences with him recently. Likely a top 5 TE in this draft. https://twitter.com/TomPelissero/sta...38374497275912

I want that big TE Albert O from Mizz real bad. Hopefully in the 3rd or 4th.
