Alvin Walton , LL is doing parallel bar dips , wearing a belt with plates attached .... me , i used to do them with 500 lbs and did 20 reps for 5 sets Looks like LL needs some new shorts .

Weighted pull-ups.

You can hang a plate from your belt or waist...or do what I do and use a heavy-duty canvas backpack with a bunch of plates or dumbbells in it.

Actually, I never heard of anyone else using a backpack full of weight like me, but it works. Weight is weight. I do sets of 25 weighted pull-ups or sets of 50 unweighted. Great workout.
