Re: Jayden Daniels - Commanders QB Thread

We all know when things are going good…QB gets too much credit. This is the pendulum swinging back.

JD5 is going to be fine if we can build the offense properly. Sorry the proper criticism should be directed at Peters and the front office. While the oline has improved, pass catchers and running back decisions on roster haven’t been as good.

Let’s continue to build at TE, WR and RB now and get JD some help.

did they mention that JD's mom was part of the ASU recruiting scandal and they had to leave as everyone in AZ knew that . . . she was the one setting up the meets, picking kids up from airports, etc. etc. etc.

very true . . . he definitely needs to learn to not put his arm down first like that . . . just keep the ball tucked and go down on your back . . . I did that twice, both times playing basketball . . . dislocated my wrist in 8th grade, and elbow when i was 21 just screwing around

A Big time Running back would go a long ways in solving these issues ..

I want him to play again this year, hopefully even come back and play like he did last year, but only when he's as close to 100% as he can be without an offseason break. I really want to see him play in the Madrid game (I can't go but it'll be live in the daytime over here instead of 1AM Monday/Tuesday morning &#128513. The realistic scenario is that when he is 100% we're going to be all but mathematically eliminated, and rushing him back with a D that can't help him out and a banged up supporting cast doesn't make sense, because he'll likely try to play like Superman again and get hurt. Again.

Im just glad that this didn’t derail his career. This season is over. My prayers are that AP isn’t as much of a fraud as I think he is, and can put some talent around him, on both sides of the ball.

Great surprising news honestly. Hope he comes back soon. Injury did not look good. Seattle game was brutal.

i'm with you , i'm not sure many QB can take hit after hit and stay healthy .. it's up to this organization to figure out how to best use him and keep him healthy .. designed QB runs is not a good idea ..this is on the coaches to figure out and my faith is shaky seeing how the latest injury could have been prevented ( head coach admits he should have been on bench) . So lets see

The colts are example of a Team concept , does anyone think Jones is better than JD ? The colts with a great running back and good D is example of what it takes !

Re: Jayden Daniels - Commanders QB Thread

Offensive and defensive scheme is a big problem this year as well. Colts dont seem to have those issues that much either.
