Ha,not very high praise for Cousins! {He's Like Mark Rypien}
I sure hope he turns out to be better than Mark,although I'd take a Super Bowl win
I'm just ready to be stable at QB for a while,as I'm sure the rest of you are too

I think Cousins ceiling is like a Brad Johnson honestly and i am happy with that.

Yeah nothing wrong with comparing him to Rypien. I think the basic point he was making is he doesn't wow you physically, but he's more than capable of getting the job done. Plus he's a good teammate that guys rally around.

RG 3 This Season

I still think Cousins is and will be a top 5-10 qb. More towards 5. Seems to be an overwhelming feel of "well atleast we have a serviceable guy for the near future" still abounding.
Not to further steer the conversation away from the Browns quarterback.

Really wish Theismann and Green and other players wouldn't comment on Griffin's personal life. What he does in his private life is his business. None of us know why he and his wife split up and personally I don't care...and neither should they...

I agree.

My neighbor is having an affair, well a bunch really. I get so sick hearing about. Literally my whole neighborhood knows but his wife. It's like lady, jesus.

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

It's not a big deal for the average joe to go through that, and yes you are right about most people not caring, but I think it becomes different when you are in the public eye / face of a team / company / whatever.

Personal scandals ruin TV / public people all the time. Shit could come out on RG3 sort of like the Tiger Woods situation. And it would be a distraction, and at the end of the day the Browns don't need to deal with that shit when they are trying to rebuild and win the fans over yet again, etc...
