Lotta new players, lotta injuries, lotta people on sidelines. Just not a good recipe for early season success.

Re: Skins vs Filthy Eagles Game Thread

Wentz certainly made more plays than KC did. But we also dropped 3 picks from what I saw...

But they also dropped one too that well could have been a pick 6...

Pryor has some talent but he needs a lot of work

The only new person on offense was Pryor though... the defense was practically rebuilt and they showed a lot of good potential...

2 words for Pryor. Juggs machine.

All day long, catch the pigskin. And expect that every pass will be above your head by Cousins. Adjust the machine accordingly.

Kirk was awful today, he missed a ton of throws. Mcvay made him look better IMO. Hopefully we beat them next week

Kirk sucked and also got no help from Moses, Lauvao, Pryor and Reed who dropped passes.

Don't forget RT. Moses was out there showing shades of our old favorite turnstile Tyler Polumbus.

Or the fact that we threw all day long. Combo of Grudens arena league pedigree and the fact that we have no rb.

The worst part of all is who is responsible for fixing this team? Oh yeah. The same two idiots that put this product on the field. Terrible.

Be careful..I said that and was accused of not being a fan..TRUTH HURTS AND THIS TEAM IS NOT GOOD!! Top 5 worst team in NFL ..will not win 6 games.Cousins is not who he thinks he is..and is exactly who I think he is which is average Game manager who will choke when you need him and needs top talent around him to take it to above average..you can get QB's for a lot less who can play like he did in the last two regular season games..

Re: Skins vs Filthy Eagles Game Thread

Overall, the defense is better, the offense is worse, and KC is about the same. Losing two 1000 yard WRs is a big deal. Pryor is good, but doesn't have either Jax or Garcon's hands. Where was Doc? He may be a good one, but you've got to target him! Oline has regressed, and that's too bad. Maybe Callahan will shore things up and KC will get in sync with Pryor and co, but still, at the end of the day, KC is not the guy.

I still think 8-8 with this bunch, because we do GIVE games away. If we just make the friggin plays that we call--plays that are open and easy to make--we likely win this. Right? We're not getting blown out, we're fucking it up. Now, maybe Kansas City, etc. on the schedule will blow us out. But my guess is we'll be in games, if we can only execute the plays we call. And I did think the D looked far better, even with the shitty 3rd down thing. We're still building this thing. The biggest issue is going to be QB next year. For now, get better and see who's going forward with us. And throw the ball to Doc!
