I think we are 1/2 cursed, because we always seem to play the first half great and throw it in entering the third quarter.

3. Still remaining extremely competetive is the toughest division in the NFL despite all the nagging injuries that would hamper any other team in the league.
4. Having player WILLING to restructure to help the teams cap rather than "test free agency" because they have another agenda.

I could go on and on, but there is always more than one way to address adversity. Either it is positive or negative, the choice is yours.
Well put

It's not a curse. The Redskins are not a good organization. We have had to overcome Snyder's impetuousnesses and are now, hopefully, building on the future. However, watching Zorn in the past two games has me wondering if Snyder made another bad decision.

In one sentence you talk about overcoming Snyder's impetuousnesses and then in the next you question Zorn after two preseason games?

Or we have a few good games at the beginning of the season, stink it up in the middle of the season, and have to sweat it at the end trying to get a wildcard spot....although we'll be lucky if this scenario happens this year.

I think its way to early to question Snyder's choice of coach in Jim Zorn. I dont believe we are cursed but I do think our owner early on in his tenure as owner made some really bad decisions but I think with the last 4 years of influence by Joe Gibbs we are on the right track. Going to the playoffs 2 out of the last 3 years says alot especially when all the "so-called" experts left us for dead.

Re: Does anybody believe in the "Redskins curse"?

The Monday Night Miracle, Troy Vincent's FG block, Campbell to Cooley versus Carolina, and Brunell to Moss versus JAX are all testaments that we are clearly not cursed.

I can not believe I just participated in this discussion, but now that I'm in I am committed.

The Redskins suffer from the curse of inconsistency. Always have and probably always will.
