Lions PG

Positives

Gibson
Terry
OL for the most part
JD for being the #1 option

Negatives
Defense sucked ass
No pass rush from this amazing DL....
Fuller sucked
Coaching was bad all game until late
Chase Young’s play of the game gave the Lions a FG to win..

Still on par for a top 5 pick so I’m fine with it

Re: Lions PG

Watched highlights personally thought the penalty was a bit soft but a good lesson for CY even mid tier QBs will get a RP most of the time. Alex back to back 300 games for first time in his career. Congrats to him but that is not a good stat for the team. Means the game plan has come off the rail.

Alex did what he does, Checks it down 90% of the time and doesn’t turn it over. Overall wasn’t surprised the Lions won they are the better team

Smith had 55 attempts in his first game back after 2 years and a brutal injury.

I understand we were down early and had to throw, but you can't expect an older guy to hold up after not playing for so long.

Re: Lions PG

I'm gonna be so disappointed if nobody calls out Aqib Talib for calling a garbage game today. Normally I'm pretty lenient with the booth, there's not many I don't like, but Talib is one of them.

This game took the course it was supposed to. We are a bad team, and i assume we lose the close ones. I ate fried chicken, and hung out with my brother...so the game was a win for me.
Im done getting upset about this team. Not that it wasn't before, but its way more about the comradery, and good times than it is about the actual football team.

I missed the first few mintues, but me and my bro were wondering who was calling it. Some of it was good, and therre were a few educational breakdowns of plays, but some of it was cringe.

The "next 5 games are winnable" is off to an 0-2 start. Every game we play is very very losable.

Can’t go wrong with yardbird. I haven’t gotten mad at a loss in a few years

I laughed at that quote anyway... this team is never a sure Win for anyone. I’d be surprised if they win 2 more games

I watched his presser. He does a masterful job of saying a lot of things without saying anything at all. A standard coach press conference.

Alex Smith held up fine. Not much more he could have done in my opinion other than start faster, but that's not all on him. This one was all on the D...

I agree, the defense has looked ineffective lately.

I just felt like they put a lot on Alex’s plate/didn’t really do much to help him transition back after such a long time between starts.

He’s a pro though so I guess it comes with the job.
