Re: Dallas postgame

There were no calls all over the game. Im not using them as an excuse. But the disparity is pretty obvious.

He definitely got Reed going that is for sure. It was a super tough spot on real short notice to make your first start in years. We got what 11 days now to get ready for Philly? Moving on.

THe same thing is being said over and over again, and it comes back to one thing. Leadership. This team has absolutely none with Jay Gruden as a head coach. FUCKING FIRE THIS MAN ALREADY.

I said earlier Gruden is a players coach. He coaches to be liked, I’d stake my life on him just letting dudes skate by, he let an injured dude play a whole game despite being awful. This team needs a coach who will ride them hard and will craft them into the best players they can be with discipline, leadership and being a dick when it calls for it but also showing your players mad love when they crank it out and earn it. Gruden is just soft. You look at that man in the eyes and can tell... he sits down when he pees.

Lmao okay I’m done but for real he sucks.

Re: Dallas postgame

We got out played today. You can't throw 3 Int and expect to win a crucial game.
Colt will get better with some more reps with the first string, but he's the backup for a reason. Ultimately, I think this will mean we end up as an 8-8 team.

That record will probably mean that Jay will be fired. The real question is whether Bruce Allen will go with him. i'm not preaching doom and gloom, but the team has too many holes to be the winner of the NFC Beast or even a wild card team.

still i think the team has some good core players who they can win with in the future. Although guys like moreau and Dunbar hurt the defense, the defense is far better than last year. There is hope as long as Bruce Allen is dumped, he is a terrible GM.

we will still win some games this season, we just got beat badly today.

Re: Dallas postgame

Baring a miracle by winning the division Jay and Bruce both should be fired.

Totally disagree that we got outplayed and beat badly. Dunbar falls TD, Moreau misses tackle TD, Colt did throw some bad int’s, still our D kept us in the game. Bad non calls didn’t help either.

Jay isn't a great coach. We already know that. But Jay can't go out there and tell Moreau to wrap up and tackle someone. He can't get Norman to cover better. I assume most teams that play a short week and have to travel don't do much in practice.
