its negligent and another clear example of why Bruce should be fired.

Were we constantly lied to that Flower moves inside to play guard, yet he is out there at LT because of a Trent not here? Makes no sense.

We should sign Donald Penn today, have him as our Nsekhe this year as the primary LT back up. Kick Flowers inside, ITS PROVE HE IS TERRIBLE AT LT. ITS A FACT

Morgan Moses is a better LT, at worst I'd start Geron at RT.

Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread

It's day one of camp. I wouldn't read too much into anything right now. But the one thing that really bothers me is that they're trotting Flowers out there at LT. The guy is a pile of garbage. Did they not look at past film? There is no way you can tell me that there aren't guys out on the street that aren't better than Flowers. Is Christian not ready yet?

This makes sense if you think Trent won't return at all for Week 1. But right now you have to think he will - they'll either get a deal done, or Trent will show up last minute because he has too much $ to lose.

I wouldn't want to practice Moses out of position all camp only to have to move him back to RT during week 1 when Trent shows up.

Yeah kinda what I was thinking. I would think if game situation with this personal grouping at Tackle, Moses would probably kick over at LT with Christian at RT. Possibly Flowers in the mix at RT if Geron struggles.

Means nothing. This is his first work since last year. I'd honestly expect all the QB's to have some turnovers in practice.

I think your "balling so far" is spot on with Reed. And then we know the rest of the story.

This!

This is the time for QBs to see what they can get away with and get timing down with WRs.

Someone at work said this about the Trent Williams story: "only the Redskins would have drama like this"

Its hard to argue at this point...

Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread

Just remember the Cooley film breakdowns of the Giants games when he called Flowers a garbage player and shouldn't be on the field.

Naturally, we sign him
