This team ain't winning shit. I usually try to stay positive but what I saw out there today is not fixable. It was a repeat of the Saints game. This team is done.

I'm pretty sure we all thought the same thing when they lost to the Saints and they won three in a row.

I think the injuries are more concerning. We already had a below average offense, and these injuries makes it worst.

Yeah and now it happened again. We got blown out twice in 5 weeks. I know a dead, crappy team when I see one.

WE are a solid 9-7 ish team, it sucks but these 3 games winning were nice enough to have me thinking we could be a top 5 team in the nfl, and that was smashed back down to earth today very early

Re: Postgame Falcons

It doesn't matter what our record is. We can't beat teams like Atl, Rams, Saints, Vikings, probably not the Eagles. Thosr teams can move the ball and score. We can't and our defense isn't as good as advertised. They got abused by two good offenses.

Let's say the Redskins make the playoffs this season........and they meet this same Falcons ball club in the playoffs?

Re: Postgame Falcons

Looks like my calls for interior oline help this past offseason will come back to haunt us. Told this garbage front office to get a left guard and quality depth at interior oline.

Now the apologists will point to the oline as the problem with the offense, when the passing offense has been certified garbage since the Arizona game.

My concern is Scherff, he’s scheduled for an MRI, they didn’t expect Kouandjio to get hurt.

Re: Postgame Falcons

5-3, 3-5 it doesn’t really matter. We are not the Ravens with Trent Dilfer. We do not have a coach and our defense is not nearly good enough to carry this dreadful offense.
We might win a few more games. Who knows? What I do know is that Gruden and Smith are not nearly good enough even if we had a legit D. And Our D is just smoke and mirrors. When push comes to shove they falter.

Top 5? I was thinking a decent team with a decent shot to win a crappy division and be one n done in the playoffs. Top 5 though, no way. Who were we knocking out of there the Pats, Steelers, Chiefs, Rams, Saints, Vikings, Chargers? We are middle of the road somewhere, and if these oline injuries are serious we are bottom feeders.

I dont see ATL getting in, they are just better than us on O, if they play teams that can actually score they dont win.

This is the worst redskins offense we've seen since Campbell was here.

Don't get me wrong I love that the defense has been good against the run but in a passing league they have shown they cannot compete with a good passing offense. Our offense has been banking on Reed, Thompson,(both often injured) and the impeding growth of Doctson. Hoping on injured players to eventually stay healthy and produce is not a recipe for success.

Re: Postgame Falcons

It's insane that this team can't come back from 7-0, that is so sad.

Those dummies were counting on someone they cut to be their starting LG. That is just as dumb as dumb gets.

I feel that very few teams in the league have been steadily good. I mean look at this Falcons team that just beat us. They had a losing record and played a dominant game. Two weeks ago we managed to beat a Panthers team that's been tearing it up offensively since then. I feel like only the Rams, Saints, Pats, and KC are the teams that have been steady in their wins and are locked to be playoff teams.

I'm content in being a solid team, because we still have a lot to build in the offense. I just hope the team can bounce back from the mistakes and the injuries.

My biggest gripe with the team right now is being too loyal to a guy like Luvao and depending on his health. I hope the team acquires an interior lineman, because Bergman and Casey Dunn should not be your only options.
