They should bench him next week so he never does something so stupid again. He isnt 8 years old for fuck sake. |

Re: Tame the Lions Gameday Thread
Callahan just may be the best coach that we could get.. Haskins is bad.. end of story ! There is not a great head coach in this league that would come here and let Haskins start .. keenum who took a team to the nfc championship game would be on the damn field!! If the team really wanted to win that’s who would be playing.. we won this game in spite of Haskins and for him to think he had a great game is damn stupid.. we all bitch about snyder and Allen and the culture.. Callahan is playing the rookie because snyder told him to .. don’t worry about the draft pick this team aint winning another game ! The only positives I see us we go have some potential very good receivers .. I have no issue whatsoever in letting Haskins play out year .. but UNLESS he improves dramatically we will need to draft a QB ! 47.5 rating and he’s taking selfies...

Re: Tame the Lions Gameday Thread
That should be an off-season investment definitely. Sprinkle is awful at catching. Where was Hentges? He can catch at the bare minimum. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: Tame the Lions Gameday Thread
This was Haskins 3rd start, yes he over threw receivers, but came through at the end. He surprised many with his scrambling speed, it was a windy day and I’m sure that didn’t help. I think starting Guice over AP would benefit Haskins.
From JP Finlay: Haskins said that he played the game with a hurt wrist and that was a problem on some of the missed throws. Doesn’t provide more info on the wrist, says “I’m good.”

Re: Tame the Lions Gameday Thread
Lol...did you these formations where we split out Sprinkle? It’s a complete waste of a position...It’s like we are playing 10 vs 11 every down.
Quinn too...he’s terrible and a waste of position when he is on the field.

Re: Tame the Lions Gameday Thread
When someone who's doing a crappy job comes to me in public and asks me how he can help me do better I get upset. The same as the line last week...
I think they feel he's not working as he should be and that's why they didn't pay attention to him last week. |

Re: Tame the Lions Gameday Thread
Every game is on TV in the NFL. So no qb can ever talk to his o line? And the 2 guys getting paid the most, are playing the worst.

Re: Tame the Lions Gameday Thread
That's usually the case with many players on our team. The guys who make the biggest money are usually the ones who play poorly / always hurt, etc...
