Re: Redskins 16 Ravens 10 postgame thread
We went into a rowdy stadium in bad weather, and came out with a W.
The Ravens do not lose a lot of games at home. We are missing a lot of players. Winning breeds winning folks. Bring on the birdies! First place going into week 7? Ill take that shit after our terrible start. |

Re: Redskins 16 Ravens 10 postgame thread
Going back and watching the game again, Matt Ioannidis got a lot more snaps at NT than I realized while watching the game live.
I'm really interested to see how he grades out and his snap count.

I meant to post about that. He seemed to be pretty stout at first glance. Wouldn't that be quite a story if he succeeds after having been cut before the season started?

No we earned it. It was in their house. Advantage them. Yeah they made a bone head play. What about the double fumble that they got back twice?!? Bullshit big call on us. Fuck that. We earned that shit. (Excuse my potty mouth ) |

Awesome, ugly win. Take it and move on.
I just wish Deshawn Jackson would show up a little more. It seems like the only reason we have him on the field to is for those 3-4 deep shots we take very game. I know the weather was crappy yesterday and all, but he basically had only one catch worth watching. |

Anytime you can win on the road like we've done the last two times, just very impressive. It's victory Monday!

Remember though that he draws coverage down field. Sometimes with help from a safety. Which opens up alot underneath. Opposing teams have to respect his speed and talent. Talk about something that doesn't show up in the stats.
Yes though at one point yesterday i saw his jersey and said to another skins fan at the bar, "holy shit I forgot about d-jax". Lol Edit: and it is Desean. Edit 2: also due to high winds his deep threat was hampered but luckily Garcon was able to step up huge in the intermediate game. |

Trestman going away from the running game on a windy day played right into our hands.

Cannot say I am even remotely familiar with him, but he played on the Browns and I guess Denver has a good enough defense that letting him go due to a knee injury shouldn't send up any red flags. Hope he is healthy and has something to prove. |
