I will be totally shocked if Gruden is the coach in 2019, unless Allen stays and unless the 'skins somehow make it into the playoffs with butt fumble.

Imagine what Snyder is thinking watching McVay in LA, and how well Cousins is doing in Minnesota. He has to be looking at Allen and Gruden and realizing he got stuck with garbage

Re: Should Gruden be fired ?

I would be a terrible owner because I never know when it's time to cut a guy loose.

We're .500 after being decimated by injuries. I doubt the rest of the NFL thought we'd finish above .500. Sure, we were 5-2 but it's not the end of the world.

I don't think I'd fire Gruden. His team fights hard.

IDK Allen was his choice. Cousins was not his favorite. Plus it is not like he could keep McVay. Anything he was "stuck" with was his choice.

Snyder is happy KC is gone. He hasn’t done crap in Minnesota.

At one point he was trying to hide behind the window frame. Lol. Dude was only ever given a chance because of his last name, he must be an A+ employee as far as work ethic goes, but he has no business being involved with anything football.

Yes, if Gruden is responsible for Josh Johnson signing

It's not all about the W/L with Jay, I understnd injuries are hard to overcome like we have had. Even when the team was healthy and 5-2 , Jay was not doing jack shit with the play calling and adjustments. He's not a good HC

Who would be better at this time? Maybe someone gets us two more wins and we sit at draft pick 10 or 11, instead of 6 or 8. Butt fumble is a genius signing. We lose the rest, go 6-10, crowds stop showing, Allen gets fired and the world is whole again.

Look at the projected 10 draft list. Most have their QB. This could be our year.

In butt-fumble we trust!

Yeah it is obvious the team knows they are losing out and I'm cool with that. I want a top 10 pick

Ponder this… what Championship teams have are great leadership! Period! It’s not the offensive guru trend, it’s not the safe trend. Find somebody that is going to hold #12 and everybody in this building to a #LombardiStandard! Period! #losingsucks!

The 0-24 stat about 1st drives in the 3rd quarter should be damning. That is with KC, AS, healthy teams, hurt teams. Basically it says that other teams can plan for JG's offense in game, regardless of what talent is put on the team for him.
