From Pastabelly's article:

"Very nice two-way player and appears ready to emerge as Pro Bowl-caliber performer, so any team that signs him is getting Washington at the prime time of his career. Three-year starter with 18 career sacks, can play either outside 'backer spot, but might be suited best for the strongside position."

He's a great find, he's young and still has his best ball ahead. Not exactly a household name but a great pickup IMO.

Lavar to the weakside to raise havoc. Washington to the strongside. Very nice pickup. The times says they probably will keep Trotter in the middle. I like the backers. Will we go 3-4 in the d? We resgined Mitchell today as well.

Good move.

As to the formation, I wouldn't be surprised to see Williams going with a base 4-3 but switching to 3-4 on occasion to facilitate more blitzes and generally confuse the O. I expect a 4-2 with Arrington roaming too.

I really like this pickup since he can play as a DE (as he did before the NFL) and he's a hell of a lot cheaper than a good pass-rushing DE.
