Totally.....when was the last time NE.....Pittsburg....Indy....Green Bay etc, traded up to get anybody?
They trade with teams like us and stockpile the picks.

Well NE could trade up and still have its full compliment of picks.

NE is amazing with the number of picks they always seem to have.

So - - you have to be prepared to for that kind of an eventuality in this face-off if your course of action is to "show him who's boss". I am not saying it is a guarantee that this is how it will play out- - but it could happen.

Personally, I would trade him to an AFC team for a conditional 7th round pick and be done with him. However, I am not the coach or the GM...

If the Redskins could trade him for a draft pick, 7th or whatever, I'd be happy with that, but I'm not sure if any team would be willing to make that trade.

They typically don't, but if they were ever going to this would be the year to do so, they've got the picks & are just a couple players away. They may want one of the edge rushers like us, but that also leads to the possibility that they trade up w/Dallas. Again, that's a big IF, they don't trade up as a rule.

WR is a position I could see them drafting high on this year too.

Please no.

I'll take Rex.

Kolb isn't bad. It just seems that the decision making was bad, to bring in McNabb in the first place.

I'm just curious if anyone has responded "on his ass"?

If we don't trade him we won't cut him. They gave up too much for that to happen.

Re: Where will McNabb land?

It seems like the only way McNabb will have any trade value after the draft is if the Skins draft a QB in the first round and/or a team who is in need of a QB gets snubbed by a team who doesn't necessarily need one (SD, NE).

What a joke.
There is so much political bullshit in that statement. Anyone that would prefer Rex over McNabb as their QB has some other issues besides football.
Rex would have done as bad worse if he started the season behind that line (lack of protection) and throwing to those receivers.
To lay all the blame on McNabb is convenient for the other possible fall guys.

I don't know that MS thinks Rex is a better fit.
