It's the Texans currently. From what I understand, Kyle Shanahan still has some pull with that organization. It may cost us our 2015-2017 first rounders along with Griffin, but I think we can swing it...maybe.

Under new CBA, only after year 3.

Not sure about non-rookie FAs, however you won't see the offset language in any rookie contract where that rookie has an ounce of leverage in negotiations.
