HA! Are you kidding me?! Then again I don't take too much stock in what FOX says, sports, news or otherwise.

Re: Who Writes This Garbage!!!

More creative with blitzing... Is that possible?

Maybe it's me, but I could see this happening if we lose Smoot. DB's are so important in William's scheme. Not to mention, Pacman could play special teams. Blazing fast. He's kinda like Smoot. Fast and willing to sacrifice his body.

Re: Who Writes This Garbage!!!

we could get a lot more creative with our blitzing, you know, by using our front four, lol.

Re: Who Writes This Garbage!!!

I saw Pac Man play a couple of times and that guy is all over the field.

If we were to pick him, I would welcome that.

Re: Who Writes This Garbage!!!

I won't doubt he's a great and complete player but MAN we have so many other glaring needs to address.

If we lose Smoot, I think CB actually becomes a pretty big need. Even if you're content with Harris as the other starting CB (which I'm not certain about), Williams' schemes frequently require three or four CBs. And what happens if someone gets injured? I don't think we should even be close to a situation where Jimoh has to go in!

Re: Who Writes This Garbage!!!

I don't think going after a CB if we lose Smoot is all that far fetched. But more likely they'll go with Walt Harris and groom Garnell Wilds and Rufus Brown to take over in 2006 (one of them, not both. We do still have Springs)

Re: Who Writes This Garbage!!!

I've seen wackier mocks than that. A CB isn't totally out of the question.

True. I've seen another one having us taking a RB.
