Re: Redskins - Bengals across the pond (prediction thread)
Good luck man, my hype levels would be through the roof if a team I liked from across the pond came over to play. Hope the Skins pull off the W for you.

RB Mack Brown has been moved from the practice squad to the active roster.

I predict that Ben Kotwica will wear a diaper for this game.
Redskins 20, Bengals 17, Ben 16 ounces. |

Im gonna state the obvious, if FAT Rob has a big day, considered Matt Jones as the second fiddle. Id like to see Mack Brown getting some touches as well.

Re: Redskins - Bengals across the pond (prediction thread)
It's been said before but I am going to say it again any way.
Kelley runs with violence. Watching him run, his feet are always moving, he may not be a shifty runner, but he finds the hole and hits it hard. I really like what I have seen. I predict a big day for him. [I have now cursed him to multiple tackles for loss, a couple of fumbles, and possibly a career ending injury].

Re: Redskins - Bengals across the pond (prediction thread)
this probably sealed the deal for me on matt jones;
Big hit against Giants has sparked Matt Jones | ProFootballTalk “You talk about needing to dig deep and fight out what you’re playing for, and for me, I had nothing,” Jones said. “I don’t want to say nothing, but I just was like, I’m playing football because. You know how they have the speakers that come in and talk about motivation, and they say, ‘Find why you’re playing this game’? I’m always sitting in the back, just like, ‘I don’t know. I’m just good at it.’ Now it feels good knowing why I’m playing football.” dude has no passion for the game.

Re: Redskins - Bengals across the pond (prediction thread)
Apparently Bengals LT Whitworth will be playing Sunday which means somehow, 8 weeks into the season, the Bengals will have 0 injuries. Amazing how many full strength teams we are playing, the Eagles also had 0 injuries.
Re Wembley field conditions -- apparently it has not been a problem "Of course, he was careful to add that the grass hasn’t been a problem at Wembley, though the faster surface and some wet conditions there have led to messier uniforms than normal." The field that the Giants-Rams played on seems to be better than Wembley fwiw. NFL thinks grass at England’s rugby stadium is more suited for football | ProFootballTalk Weather on Sunday in London - 61 degrees and partly cloudy .. thank goodness. https://www.google.com/#q=weather+london+

Re: Redskins - Bengals across the pond (prediction thread)
yeah, i don't knock him for wanting to provide for his family.
but to hear him say he didn't know what he was playing for, that he was only playing football because he was good at it - that was weak. i thought scot only wanted guys who loved the game?

Re: Redskins - Bengals across the pond (prediction thread)
I watched how hard Matt Jones ran in the Lions game. I'll take what he does over what he says anytime. The only problem I have with Matt's play is his fumbling. That must be fixed.
That said, I'm eager to see what Rob Kelly does on Sunday. |

Re: Redskins - Bengals across the pond (prediction thread)
I think Davis has earned the right to be on the field more. More 2 TE sets if Reed is ready to go.
