TOP 5 GRADES:
CB Quinton Dunbar, 88.0 overall grade

G Brandon Scherff, 87.9 overall grade

S D.J. Swearinger, 86.3 overall grade

CB Kendall Fuller, 85.8 overall grade

From pff...fine days by Dunbar and Fuller:

CB QUINTON DUNBAR, 88.0 OVERALL GRADE
Dunbar was targeted 14(!) times on the day, yet yielded an average of only 5.9 yards per target. Dunbar broke up two passes and should have added a third that luckily found the hands of Pierre Garcon on the final drive of the game.

CB KENDALL FULLER, 85.8 OVERALL GRADE
With Josh Norman and Breshaud Breeland out by the end of the game, this one could have gone much worse. Fuller though only allowed 1 catch all day on three targets while adding a pick and pass breakup to his stat line.
T Morgan Moses, 82.5 overall grade

Torrian Gray keeping an injuried secondary together

If BB has to miss a few games , Dunbar , Fuller and Moreau all look good . Rookie SS Nicholson looks good also , coach Gray has been awesome with the young guys !

Told ya it was going to be closer than people were assuming. It shouldn't have been, but San Fan's record is not a reflection of their team. The could have easily had three wins at least right now. Glad we got the win. We need everyone healthy for next Monday night.

Does anyone else think that Hopkins needs to go, or at least at the minimum the skins sign a FA kicker as insurance? Going back to last season, Hopkins has been close to historically bad.

He's 9 of 11 this year, which equals 82%, which ranks 19th this year (excluding kickers who have attempted under 10 field goals). Definitely historically bad. And he missed the extra point, which was his first this year. And he only puts 74% of his kickoffs into the end zone, which ranks 6th in the NFL. So yeah, garbage.

Welp I did it and came out to 1 NFL win.

Look at Atlanta, Oakland, and Baltimore. FFS the Patriots squeaked one out today against the Jets

Have you watched the 49ers other than today's game? They are a lot better than their record indicates.

I think Hopkins is kicking for a contract...could be wrong. I think he is pretty avg...but not an issue.

Thumbs up Re: Skins/49ers post game

Good chance of now having no Norman and Breeland vs. Eagles. Ugh, that sucks.

Defense has to get rid of those big plays. There's just no way that 45 yard TD should ever happen. Other than that, defense was ok the rest of the game.

Offense was good then dead then good again. Thompson with another huge play, love that guy. Great job by Perrine on that TD catch. Red zone issues still continue though.

Special teams, terrible. Missed extra point, allowed a 40 yard punt return, and damn near punted a ball all the way out of the end zone when we were trying to pin them inside the 10.

Overall, just a very blah performance, that effort is an L vs. the Iggles. Better bring it.
