Cam's issues are partly his throwing mechanics. If he could get with the right coach that would be a stickler on that he'd be a much better passer.

Probably a blessing in disguise for the Colts. McD ran the Broncos into the ground. Belicheat's assistants are just not that successful as HCs.

This whole josh McDaniels deal stinks!! How the hell do you get hired as head coach and sign off on hiring assistants and then back out?? This is worse than any thing the skins have done !

Sucks for Indy to have to start the coaching search over this late in the game, but there were rumors this could happen

If I was a possible, future, employer for McDaniels, I'd be a little hesitant on hiring him after this stunt. Yes, I realize Belichick did something very similar years ago, but it just seems kind of flaky to me. I think he knows BB is stepping down soon and feels he's next in line for the Patriots job.

Possibly Kraft all but promised him this...but why would you want that? I'd hate to be the coach that follows Belichick and Brady....that ceiling is so high there's no way you could follow those 2 and have success. Richie Petitbon anyone??

Someone has to coach the Patriots after BB leaves. I think if you're a competitor, and this applies to coaches as well as players, you want to have that chance to continue the winning tradition.
