RSS Feed

Hey guys,

Anything in the works for an RSS feed for the site? Just recently I did a presentation on internet journals to my users and one of them had a great RSS reader built into Firefox. Do you have a feed that we don't know about or one in the works?

Re: RSS Feed

Here you go! We've always had it, I guess we should make it a little more known. This info is from the site's FAQ.

The feeds are currently provided in two formats, RSS and RSS v2. The differences are as follows:

To add this to MyYahoo click here.

The forums to which this applies can also be limited to specific guest viewable forums by adding another paramater to the URL containing the forumids as follows:
http://www.thewarpath.net/external.php?type=rss2&forumids=123

If you would like the content to be generated for multiple forums you can seperate the forumids by commas.

Re: RSS Feed

Awesome. It works great. If anyone else is reading this, I'd suggest downloading Sage for Firefox so that way you can get this RSS feed and be able to see what's new even when you're not browsing the site.

Re: RSS Feed

You can also add a RSS feed to My Yahoo and the personalized Google home page.

Re: RSS Feed

I've added it to the Google home page. I REALLY like this Sage thing. I just have it open on the side of my browser and it updates every now and then so I don't have to sit here clicking "New Posts". Bad ass stuff.
