Re: Avatars and other graphics
That makes sense as the signage wasn't some cheap ass vinyl banners to cover up the old name

Re: Avatars and other graphics
The rest of the NFL is laughing at the WFT “name”. The most common comment- “this team is so f-Ed up that they can ‘t even come up with a name”.
This is another turd in the long, long list of Snyder decisions. He’s got to go and the team needs a REAL NAME / LOGO, that the fans can get behind. The fans overwhelmingly want the Red Wolves name/logo/mascot, so of course Snyder doesn’t care and just keeps his endless buffoonery going. WFT is NOT a name and there is NO TEAM in ANY SPORT that doesn’t have a real name. I’m not getting behind this non-name until it is set in stone. Another issue I think could come at the end if the Snyder investigation, is to dump the cheerleaders. Because many cheerleaders were allegedly used or misused by Snyder or his lackeys, and many testified against him, Snyder may just dump them in the future. Just a prediction. Re: Avatars and other graphics
Honestly I haven't heard much chatter about the name or lack thereof. Or it could be I just don't care. Who exactly is "laughing"? There are plenty of soccer teams out there that go by FC or SC.

Re: Avatars and other graphics
Let them laugh when they get beat with a team with no name, it just adds to the insult lol
Seriously though, Wright is doing a deep dive into the fan base to help make a decision and is not in a rush to do so, which is a good thing. And I agree, Red wolves is stupid IMO seems forced to me just to keep the “R” in the name. Washington Wolves sounds better and is more concise. I’ve said before if they do pick a nickname I’d like the Redtails, I love the military connection and naturally works with the colors for the most part. |

Re: Avatars and other graphics
Just because Twitter likes something doesn’t mean it’s a true representation of the fan base as a whole.
