Re: Terry McLaurin appreciation thread
We haven't been very good in the red zone. He has to catch deep balls to have a chance to score regularly.

Re: Terry McLaurin appreciation thread
Terry has to make miracles happen every time he catches a ball from TH.

Imagine what he’d do with a better QB. Let’s hope we find out next year.

Re: Terry McLaurin appreciation thread
Definitely have a legit WR duo in Dotson and McLaurin, and a legit RB duo in BRob and AG. I hope we have our QB too, but time will tell.

Re: Terry McLaurin appreciation thread
He got in the end zone last night because Howell put a ball on him in stride, allowing him to run after catch, and nobody caught him.
He's not going to high point a fade like a Davante Adams, his path to TDs in the red zone is YAC and you need a QB who can put it on him without breaking stride. That's the biggest reason I have some hope with Howell, the YAC was finally there last night.

Re: Terry McLaurin appreciation thread
Love Terry, baller, winner, etc .. but
havent seen anyone mention this big fuck up ... he caught Howell's first career TD pass and then threw it into the stands.

Re: Terry McLaurin appreciation thread
Didn't notice that, although I think he made it up by saving the ball after Howell spiked it when he rushed for the TD.

Re: Terry McLaurin appreciation thread
Terry and S Diggs are very similar WRs, Terry will be the all time REC leader for this franchise when it's all said and done

Re: Terry McLaurin appreciation thread
Yeah he admitted it slipped his mind postgame. Howell said they gave the fan a signed Howell ball in exchange for the TD pass ball.

Re: Terry McLaurin appreciation thread
Big facts. You need a qb that can deliver the ball to you in stride for WR td's, Terry typically gets doubled in the red zone because every DC knows that's target #1.
I loved the big catch down the field yesterday but we will see more TD's from Terry if Howell or the next guy can deliver a ball to him in stride. If it's underthrown or overthrown it gives a DB too much time to make a play.
