Re: COMMANDERS BYE WEEK THREAD
Punch he got back to me, he said it sounded like a great idea but Al Davis wasn't having any of it.

Re: COMMANDERS BYE WEEK THREAD
With the OL banged up, the bye week comes at a good time. Will they move Schweitzer to C? Martin is a liability, maybe consider activating Chris Paul to play G if necessary?

Re: COMMANDERS BYE WEEK THREAD
Imagine being able to score 26 points a game. And yes, they were a play or two away from winning a 2-3 more games, but they were also a play or two away from losing 4-5 more games (they tried SOOO hard to throw that bears game).
I think 2-2 is most likely, 4-0 is possible, but stars have to align (49ers poop themselves w/o JG, giants play just ever so slightly worse, dallas rests starters or do one of those oops, 4 int jobs, cleveland D doesn't show up, etc). guessing giants, SF, cle, dallas in that order of likely win % (only because a good DL/pass rush tends to be overly effective vs inexperienced QBs). |

Dallas scored 33 in the 4th quarter yesterday. Sheesh. Have we scored 33 yet this season? Our offense is just so limited. I think SF and Dallas are the big tests. SF may have a lot to play for to clinch the division as the Seahawks keep winning too. They’re only a game behind. We have to hope that the SF rookie plays like a rookie 7th rounder, that Tuggy in Cleveland continues to soil himself on the field, and that Dallas decides to rest everyone. But first, we need to pound the Giants. And for some odd reason, I think they will. I think the Eagles are going to demolish them, and we will finish off their spiral using season. Or at least, that’s my hope. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: COMMANDERS BYE WEEK THREAD
I'd rather face trey Lance than anyone else in SF lol. It's coaching and scheme and unfortunately for us at the end of the year Kyle is one of the best. Gonna be a tough one. I hope fans show up for the giants game.. may try to get tickets and make the trip and just take off Monday as long as they're not astronomically over charged. Absolute robbery on titans and vikings games but that's just how it is I guess and now we're here. They never, ever, seem to make it easy on us I'm at this point.. ? Praying lol

Re: COMMANDERS BYE WEEK THREAD
If our offense could just score 24 PPG consistently we would be 9-3 also

Re: COMMANDERS BYE WEEK THREAD
Finally someone noticing his contribution, number of sacks shouldn't be used to judge his game.

It's a good problem to have. But 1 of them is likely gone in the next couple years. Payne is a must keep in my eyes. Imo, it comes down to production vs. potential. For keeping Sweat or Young.

Re: COMMANDERS BYE WEEK THREAD
I think we can keep all 4, draft OL, LB, CB and start Howell next year. Letting go of Wentz, trading Roullier and Logan Thomas should create some cap space, plus the cap is going up. We don’t have any expensive OL, making them equivalent and roll with young guys.
