Around the NFL Week 16

Didn't realize basically all the games will be played on Saturday this week. Makes sense.

I'm hoping where I'll be for X-Mas has 2 games broadcasted in the late afternoon games.

For some reason it's always 1 game at 1:00 p.m. and 2 games at 4:00 p.m. or visa versa.

There has to be some reason that involves money, but it's so annoying that there aren't 2 games on at both times every week.

Steelers HoF running back Franco Harris dies at 72. Two days before the 50th anniversary of the "Immaculate Reception."

RIP to Franco! Legend!

As for this week.

Go panthers and Go Chiefs that’s it. I could care less about any other games

Lions Remaining Games

@ Carolina
V Chicago
@ GB

If they lose to Carolina they are done because I think the bears and packers can beat them.

Loved the 70’s Steelers and they’re legendary backfield of Franco Harris, Rocky Bleier and Frenchie Fuqua. RIP Franco, loved watching you play.

Well we beat the Bears ( barely ) and GB so they cant exactly be relied upon. The last game GB likely wont have anything to play for so Love may be starting for them, Lions could very easily go 3-0, whereas it will be tough for us to go 2-1. Lions are more likely than Seattle to get the last wildcard

Here's to extremely bad weather for the Lions vs. Packers game. That will even out the odds a bit, even if Love is playing.

Re: Around the NFL Week 16

If the lions win out and make the playoffs after starting 1-6 that would be just incredible. Campbell should be COY if that’s the case. Goff hasn’t had a bad game in a while… he’s got to be due at some point

What took them so long? Just sad that he doesn't get to enjoy his day.

I heard Franco did a radio interview a few hours before passing.

Rest In Peace

Pittsburgh doesn't really retire numbers. There are only two officially retired numbers, Ernie Stautner and Joe Greene. Franco is going to make it three.

I get it, just a shame they waited so long.

Same thing with us and Bobby Mitchell.
