and remember that this year as well when everyone is saying XXX is a generational talent can't miss etc, every pick is a gamble even the sure fire ones

Our SOS is .528
Giants .521
Titans .523

Adding Dolphins and GB to their SOS will raise theirs. Having Giants lose helps ours especially since we played them twice. I am not sure if it is enough for a 7 point swing but maybe?

Maybe, but I still expect the worst with this team

Especially the sure-fire ones picked by the Snyder brain trust!

Yea to me the tape just didn't scream that, especially with the needs and players available. Didn't like the pick then, don't like it now...

But water under the bridge. Hopefully we do better this year.

Agreed. Any opinion to the contrary is revisionist history.

I remember when we played the Giants late in the season, a lot of people were jokingly calling that game the Chase Young Bowl. I'm pretty sure had the Giants or any other team had been there at #2 they would have taken Chase.

I was reading before the start that we were anticipated to slide to 7th so going to 6th make sense.

“Where I came from it was kinda like just waiting on the season to end”

-Former #Commanders DE Montez Sweat (he was traded after Week 8)

So that tells you all the players knew it was a lame duck season

My fault, I was thinking backwards in that the stronger SOS had the better draft position.

There’s a lot more to our draft history than CY. Danny’s boners for RG3 and Haskins were hugely damaging

Re: Around the NFL Week 14

Giants and titans both tanking lol clear as day with two huge late game fumbles that were unnecessary as hell
