Terry is definitely a #1 but he isn't "elite".

Re: Is Terry really a #1 ? Yes or no ?
Terry would be more productive as a number 2 if the team had a better #1....

If they don't get him another 13 yards in the next minute I'm gonna flip. Regardless of whether you think he's a #1 or not he deserves that record. He's literally been our only consistent option at WR the last 5 years. Every other WR we've had has been inconsistent as fuck.

This is why it mattered. Because you take care of the players who do things the right way. Thank you for sticking with us Terry - you could pull the diva card and ask for a trade to a winning organization and nobody would blame you. But instead you choose to stick it out with us so you can help be a part of something better here.

Re: Is Terry really a #1 ? Yes or no ?
Gotta wonder if Terry wants out of here w/ a rebuild coming. I'm calling around to see if I can get any feelers. He'd go real well w/ Mahomes.
Really anyone on this team w/ a big contract would be trade bait. I'm getting rid of every single high priced vet if I can... Payne, Allen, McLaurin.. |

I was saying he could throw a bitch fit about what a dumpster fire this organization is, he could say the most meanest heinous truthful things about Sam Howell like "I'd like to play with a qb who actually knows wtf he's doing" - (don't read into this too much - Sam could be a decent qb some day but he needs some more seasoning on the bench for at least a year or two minimum). But instead he keeps it classy and thanks his teammates for thinking about him with the season over and nothing on the line except a record that puts him in the conversation with the greatest receivers this team has ever had. This is why they did what they did. Because he deserves to be recognized for still leading by example. Terry Mac - Tress Way might be MVP but you are certainly in the conversation. As always we look forward to seeing what you can do with a legitimate quarterback throwing you the ball.
