This is where I wish we had a mid/late round rookie QB, so we can throw him in there to see what they got.

Turner needs to figure out how to get a running game going. But with Gibson injured, this is going to be a problem.

Re: Packers Pregame Thread (Hopkins cut)

WFT has to be opportunistic here.

The Packers are hurting at CB. The rest of their D looks incredibly solid. I have seen nothing that tells me TH can take advantage of the CB play but maybe Terry Dyami and Humpy can.

Right now I think the 1st half will be closer than expected. Packers coming off a road win against their big rival and have AZ on short week after Football Team and then KC. The possibility of them looking ahead gives me hope of an enjoyable half before they put their foot down.

Pretty big statement from Ron Rivera - says he told Landon Collins he views him as a downhill linebacker
I view him as a bad overpaid football player but Ron doesn't care what I think.

Rodgers and Adams are going to absolutely shred our D. Load up on Packers for fantasy.

Dustin Hopkins was yet another Scot McCloughan acquisition that was subpar along with Josh Doctson and Mart Jones........

If he truly believed that (or he was truly in charge of this team) he'd not tell him he views him as an LB, he'd TELL him that's where he's playing or he's on the bench.

I wanted to believe the best of RR but if he truly said that then it's another bit of faith lost. If RR doesn't know by now not to pander to players, he never will. Regardless of their talent, ego and winning personalities, they are employees you the boss should dictate what they do, not the employee.

The NFL doesn't quite work like this, except for a few teams/coaches. Otherwise, teams would have been 100% vaccinated by now.
