It’s basically us , NO and Philly fighting for the 7 seed. Unfortunately with this team, it’s never an easy in. We should beat the giants but it’s going to be tough beating Dallas on SNF. Tuesday is a must win or else we are most likely done.
both Philly games and NYG are must wins. If we were to somehow beat Dallas Sunday Night, then we would be in good shape.

Minnesota(6-7) could make a run too, they play Chicago 2 x but also GB and LARams.

Re: NFL Week 15

Ok so it’s a 3 way tie with Minnesota. If the Vikings win tomorrow and we win Tuesday we are the 7 seed again . If the Vikings lose then the saints are ahead of us with the head to head.

If three or more teams are tied they use conference record. We have a good conference record (3 losses) which put us to the top of the 6-7 pile. Right now, the 7-7 teams are only the Saints, the winner of our game, and Minnesota if they win.

If Minnesota were to lose to Chicago, then NO beats us because of head to head, but if all three are tied at 7-7 then WFT gets the spot because we have 3 conference losses, Minn has 4 and NO has 5.

Like was said, no matter what we have to win to be in the discussion.

Pretty much. If they win out they are in.
SF has the tougher road, and using the ESPN playoff machine, http://www.espn.com/nfl/playoffs/machine , they fall out of it if we do our job and they lose to the teams with better winning %.

Re: NFL Week 15

I kind of like how the nfl has scheduled so many of the leagues divisional games for so many teams in the last month. It's def making for a very exciting playoff race. Only 1 team clinched in the nfc. It's going to be really exciting for so many teams in the final stretch.

I personally hate it. They should balance the divisional game in the beginning and end of the season.

Re: NFL Week 15

The Saints O is worse than ours, I just don't see them beating Miami but they finish with sorry CAR and ATL...

I agree…seems like it takes something away.

If they want to do three matchups in the last 4 weeks, ok.but playing one team twice in 3 weeks…takes something away

What did Terrell Suggs use to say about Big Ben? His soul may be long to god but his ass belongs to me. The Saints defense can say the same thing about Tom Brady.

Murray has been back for a month and hasn't played up to snuff before his injury. Same thing happened last year. I think his MO is just going to be long on recovery.
