Re: Drafting a QB?

We already have the great Colt McCoy, simply no room for another stud on the bench

Re: Drafting a QB?

I think drafting a qb this year sends the absolute wrong message to Smith. We have Colt for one more year. Draft a mid round qb next year.

Re: Drafting a QB?

And we'd basically be down to only 5 picks to help the team this coming season. We can wait.

Re: Drafting a QB?

I wouldn't use anything better than a late round flyer on a QB this year.

Re: Drafting a QB?

Hey, at least Colt McCoy could beat the Cowboys unlike another qb we have/had.

Re: Drafting a QB?

In a QB league this front office has made 0 attempt to develop a young QB behind Kirk.

Meanwhile good franchises consider drafting and developing And a #1 priority....even to the point of using top resources to make it happen even if they already have a solid starter.

This FO passed/punted on drafting and developing a QB behind Kirk and have paid a high price because of it.

Yet, it seems many fans are okay following the same plan of not addressing the need to draft and develop a QB behind the starter....smh.

If you give Smith 2 years to cement himself then draft a guy to help him develop.
