Re: RAMS Postgame
Yeah it may very well be the first week in a long time I don't watch the All 22... depressing game.

Re: RAMS Postgame
Haha I'll admit I'm binge watching other games in condensed 40min version just to get a feel of real NFL football ^^

Re: RAMS Postgame
Listening to Cooley's breakdown of the Defense, I couldn't help but go find some plays he was highlighting as embarrassing :
1st one you can see 4 guys covering one guy and none of them are less than 10y to him ![]() 2nd one... just look at Bostic, it's ridiculous ![]() 3rd one, Bostic again, he's still side shuffling when Goff is past the LoS and can't throw it to Everett anymore, who's also covered by Allen anyway... Just go tackle the QB ! ![]() 4th one... just look at #58 Thomas Davis, what the F are you covering ? Flat defender, go cover the wide open guy in the flat ! ![]() I usually like Bostic, tough player, solid tackler... but he had an awful game. Awful.

Re: RAMS Postgame
Cooley right, we need to go out and find the best middle linebacker available

Re: RAMS Postgame
3rd lowest grade on the entire D.
Cooley clowning Del Rio but at the end of the day, that defense has very little talent... Chase Young, Payne and Fuller are the 3 consistent starters. The rest are average at best.

When I look at the offense...what a mess. QB, TE, WR and Oline all need money spent and picks consumed. Right now, my biggest needs ranking: 1.QB 2. TE 3. MLB 4. Guard 5. WR 6. Tackle 7. Free Safety One thing about Tackle, Moses has been good and I need to see Charles play. He needs to get an opportunity to play like Haskins needed to last year; he could be the future with his talent. I don’t see Christian or Wes Martin as starters...they are developing depth.

Ive been hearing about the skins going with a "heavy nickel" package where Curl comes in. That should help having KPL and Curl be able to match up on a TE or slot vs Bostic. Del Rio needs to do a better job of hiding Bostic from coverage bc its an automatic win for the offense. I would think this is something Del Rio is clearly working on. Worst case scenario, put Holcomb in who at least has some speed and hustle. |

Re: RAMS Postgame
Manusky got heat, now Del Rio. We are now in a 4-3. Folks it's the players. They just aren't any good. It doesn't matter who the coordinator is. No more excuses for this group.
As far as the offense, they got 100 yards. I bet Clemson could get 100 in an NFL game. That's how bad they are. |

Re: RAMS Postgame
We are equivalent to a baseball team that has a shitty catcher, SS, 2nd baseman, and CF.
If you suck up the middle, you have no chance to be successful on defense. All of the guys are replaceable.

Hopefully, Cole Holcomb is ready to go and we can finally get a look at him this season. We're in need of smarts and better talent at the 'backer and safety positions. |
