Aside from a magical Stanley Cup run for the Caps, the Nats last night did a typical DC move, losing in the worst way possible. I put it half on Doolittle for having a bad night and half on Martinez for not yanking him after he blew the save. Martinez is starting to trend in a bad way of making bad decisions at the worst possible times.

August 2019: after 3 trade deadline additions, Nats bullpen is still a disgrace. Rizzo's downfall will be wasting the talent on the starting pitching staff because he can't build a bullpen worth a shit. |
