Even at the end I don't think they were consistent with the ticky-tackiness.
This was the 2nd down play before the 3rd down where they flagged the phantom hold. A flag on #57 wouldn't have been shocking IMO.

Anyway, I don't think the refs ruined the game that much, they missed the face mask on Ramsey on one side, and threw 2 ticky tacky flags at the end on the other.

Happy for Stafford. Too bad he played so long for the Lions.

I'm left wondering if Megatron and Sanders, while likely happy Stafford got his ring, wished they'd left Detroit before it was too late too.

For sure. I'm not sure about Johnson, but I know Sanders was stuck and the team won't let him go so he retired.

Re: Super Bowl Week

How bout Whitworth too? What a great way to end a great career. Winning it all against your former team?

The Bengals man. They have a great chance to continue to build around Burrow but to get there three times and lose three close ones is painful.

The Rams are going to lose alot of players due to just age and contracts, etc. Their window was definitely shutting.

If AD really does retire, that window is shut

It's pretty close but I would give the edge to Reggie.

Re: Super Bowl Week

The missed call on Ramsey was so blatant. How do you not call that?

I didn't understand the playcalling for the Bengals. You have to give the ball to Mixon on 3rd and 4th and short. Perine? C'mon.

I did but he was older in his career.

So would you say they are both 1A 1B?

He is a back up. Most players aren’t getting that against that d line, the HC sucks for giving him that ball. That was so dumb.

It is splitting hairs. Plus Donald imo plays on a team that did not have as much talent on D as White did. They are both fucking great players.

Edit: yeah Chico if Cincy does not bring in major help on the oline for Burrow he should gtfo of Cincy because in the right situation he can win multiple super bowls.
