Why? His leg is no more liable to break again than anyone elses. It would absolutely horrendous if he suffered another bad injury but he just busted his ass for months and months and months. If he wants to get back out there than im all about it. All that work - gotta be a payoff.

Re: Kyle Allen named the starter

I see Kyle Allen going 4-2 against our next 6 opponentswith at least 3 division wins.

I wonder how good the Rams really are. Three of their wins are against our division

Agreed. It's his body and his career. He has decided to play. The Washington Football Team should honor that decision if necessary.

The more I see and hear what Rivera and Turner are saying, the more I believe this is not about the evaluation of Haskins and the team anymore. I think that process is over. They are looking at this division, and think they might be able to win it...but not with Haskins at the helm. They know the rest of the team probably feels that way as well. If they don't make this move, they will most definitely lose the other 52.

If they beat LA Sunday, I could see them starting a small streak for sure

Re: Kyle Allen named the starter

Also, it sounds like this was his plan all along if Haskins didn't show progress. He said he formulated this plan during the off season. I mean if they were three games out of first place and the team was not competitive in any of their contests, he probably rolls with Haskins. But they have been competitive, and they do have a chance to make some noise if they can get better QB play. So I have zero problems with him making this decision at this point, considering what the division looks like. He owes it to the team to see what they can do.

If they even keep the game competitive and lose, I’ll feel perfectly fine with Haskins riding the bench for the rest of the season

Even if they lose to the rams, the next 5 games after that are certainly winnable.

He also said the sideline Sunday had a certain body language , meaning they knew Haskins wouldn't get it done, and today Haskins at practice was folded arms just pouting, maybe he's not a leader right now?

I actually feel it's different, I think Ron really is calling the shots. This is a power move by him and he's really convinced KA is ready
