I think you’ll see Ron Rivera make some changes from how he did things with the Panthers. This is the second half of his coaching career. I believe he had an honest review of his time as the Panthers coach - what he did right and wrong. He will look at successful strategies and new tactics from other coaches.
BL - Rivera will be a different HC than he was before. He didn’t win a SB with his last team and now he must change to get one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This team has lacked a read leader at Head Coach for a LONG, LONG time. Even if we don't win right out of the gate, he'll bring some respectability and stability back to this team. We need that more than wins right now, as that's the first step in getting back to being successful on the field. He's the right man at the right time.

I'm not as sold on RR as some are but he's the best we could have gotten IMO, his rah rah stuff is kinda corny but whatever

At the end of the day, he has to win, probably won't do much this yr with this young roster but if he has a below .500 record after year 3 he'll be gone
