Thank you for leaving and letting us get a better QB that wants to be here and isn't Scrooge McDuck. He better play amazingly or there is gonna be a lot of resentment in that lockerroom.

Lets go Packers, Lions, and Bears!!

I'm happy for Kirk... and most importantly as a fan happy my team didn't pay him this.
Yes they coulda-shoulda signed him back in 2015. But in 2018 I'm OK with the way things are settling.

I work with a lot of happy Packer fans right now.

They just watched a division rival over pay a qb who is not a upgrade on anyone they had while the blew up team chemistry.

Absolutely. Back a year or so ago, there was a report that he went to the Redskins brass and asked for a trade. I kind of wished we would've done so back then, but probably wouldn't have gotten Alex Smith, and I think the 'skins did a good thing by picking up Smith. Either way, the Cousins chapter is finally over in Washington, and now we can move on, officially.

Don't let the door hit you in the ass.

Also, what a ridiculous amount of money to pay a slightly above average (and that's a maybe) quarterback.

Yeah, me too. I live amongst them.

Funny thing is the Vikings are still head and shoulders better than Green Bay.

Re: Thank You Kirk Cousins Thread

Let's see what happens. Minnesota has a great defense, something KC never had here. KC might fall on his $84M dollar face or he might do well. We will see.
The BIG pressure is definitely on him now. He has a lot to live up to.

I say we LOCK this bad boy up for good and move on to Alex Smith who will lead us to many great days.

Joe Theesmann just went on the radio and said "it would have been a big nut to swallow."

I know you guys are ready to stop talking about KC and wait for 31 qb's to outperform him in 2018, but I for one am excited to peruse his post-signing press conference to see if there's any hidden barbs about the Redskins in it. IE "I'm glad to be in a place that wants me" or etc.
