2018 fight with teammate, started when Parsons came into the study area and poured water on him and his laptop. 2016, Parsons came into high school cafeteria and called out a teammate from across the room, started a fight that turned into a riot. Race card was played and apparently it was all from some stupid girls' social media post.

I don't see anything in that article that says Parsons didn't cooperate with the police. I do see that his teammate alleged that the Coach told him (Humphries) not to talk to the police...

I don't see anything alarming in either incident.
