Redskins Meat and Potatoes!

The Top 30 Most Jacked NFL Football Players 2011- Part 1

A lot of Redskins on this list. I did notice that Laron Landry only squats 500 or something? I squat more then that?

I didn't realize Tim Hightower was that jacked.

Yes.. It was my goal. I squat 600 lbs, and my dck looks like a elephant's trunk holding a watermelon

Very , very few people can actually complete a 500 lb olympic style squat. 500 lb squat is a hell of a lift for a 225 lb man .

Not to brag but I've done 545 legal (not Olympic.. which isn't what they're referring to anyways) at 185.. but that was awhile ago

But football players train more for explosion with legs.. not so much 1rm max effort.. and well some guys ARE beach body lifters
