Re: Eric Bieniemy

EB has never gotten a HC job for a reason.. heís a very avg OC. Against good defenses he canít call a game for shit. The lack of run game is also a joke. Iím fine with a pass first offense like the Bills, KC etc but you still need to be able to run the ball on short yardage downs.. EB never does that

Re: Eric Bieniemy

It should be pass first the entire league is and for a reason. More explosive play success and more explosive play opportunities etc etc. I am also fine with being in shotgun all the time as the rest of the league is too but a good OC has to recognize when you should not be in shotgun and he can't do that.

Re: Eric Bieniemy

You gotta be an able to recognize that the OLine is absolutely trash Ö without Oline it doesnít really matter what formation or who the QB or RB or really anything Ö you have NOTHING !! If this team had used half the resources on the Oline that we put into the D we at least might be very good on the O Ö that is why we canít pass up on LT .. we have to have a rebuild on O line .. I would trade Allen for pick Possible First ? Get Edge .. all those First rounder DLine picks were wasted . Canít put all resources into one position while the team falls apart .. get rid of the high salaries underachieving Players and start over ..with the right GM it can work

Hire a GM, GM hires HC and scouting department. HC hires his coordinators/position coaches.

Let's just do things the normal fucking way for once!

Note - If Harris hires a GM w/ no strings attached to any one (coach or player), and that GM chooses Bieniemy to be HC, then that's fine for me. Just do things in the right order!! PLEASE!!!
Yes! Clear out the entire football coaching and personnel management hierarchy and start anew in the way you described.

I don't see any reason why the team shouldn't be quietly identifying GM candidates right now so they can move faster on the work to be done after the season ends and Rivera along with all of his assistant coaches, Mayhew and Hurney are fired.

I read somewhere that Josh Harris has already stated that there will be "extensive changes" after this season ends.

On the GM side, why not fire your GM now and start the interviewing process?

Well this dates back to the players complaining about his strict attitude and we all bashed the wussy players who complained. He can get lost because of his xís and oís but Im not sure that is why he isnít liked.

He is one and done here. He sucks at calling plays and running an offense.

Well, it's complicated. For one thing, per Rivera's contract the GM reports to him only. I don't want to speculate any further on the reasons why Josh Harris is waiting on firing the GM but it looks to me like he's going to wait out the season so my thoughts were based on that.

I like BMitch, but a lot of things he speak on sounds like mumbo jumbo and dated material.
