#1 compared to the likes of Chase, Jefferson, Adams etc. No

Number 1 in the likes of DJ Moore? Yeah that tier. Would be nice if we could finally get a top 5 style player

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

People make every excuse for Sam but Terry gets zero slack.
He has the same bullshit line that you guys say is the worst ever and a Junior Varsity QB throwing to him.

Terry made the ProBowl last year with virtually the same shit line and Taylor Heinicke Throwing to him in a Scott Turner system.

Terry would be a 1500 yard WR for the MIA and SF.

Terry finished last year in the top 10 in yards and Yards per catch.
He's an easy Top 10-15 WR in the league in my opinion.

I agree. Terry said it himself: It takes all 10 other players to get the ball to a receiver. The team is just not very good. Hard to expect much more from him based on what he is surrounded by.

Who isn't cutting Terry slack? We all know he's played with a bunch of jags here at QB.

The fact that there is a thread titled "Is Terry REALLY a #1..." is evidence that some people do question if he is. This isn't the first time this question has been brought up either. Seems like this conversation happens once or twice every year.

Fair enough, I think most people know what's up at this point.

We'd all love to see Terry with a legit QB.

Sign Tee Higgins and he could be the number 1 , Terry would be 1B

Yeah no one thinks Terry is bad, I think they are thinking when you hear #1 your mind goes to Jefferson, Adams, Chase, Hill, Kupp

and Terry isnt in that class

That would be a fantastic move. But I remember reading somewhere that Burrow, Chase and Higgins want to stay together so I would be surprised if that doesnít happen.

Re: Is Terry really a #1 ? Yes or no ?

Heís the same player this year as heís been the last four, an outstanding route runner and contested catch guy. Sam has not been willing to throw him open, or give him a shot at the contested catch, which is what heís best at. Our next QB has to have the willingness. Fuck it Terry down there somewhere has to be the mantra as much as timing and throwing with anticipation.

Iíd rather have AJ Brown because heís everything Terry is, plus megatron size and YAC abilities. But Terry is a number one. That we havenít gotten #1 numbers out of him is an indictment of Howell, Bieniemy, and most of all Rivera for this clown car roster construction.
