Re: Skins / SF Postgame

Defense played pretty good. Tim Settle and Jon Bostic are both having a nice season.

Kinda happy we didn't get embarrassed like I thought we would.

Season was over during the 3rd quarter of the week 1 game against the Eagles anyway...

FFS..this again reflects just how poorly run this franchise is...they can’t get anything right.

WTF?? That is inexcusable. They had Theismann as the QB for 87, which he'd already retired by then.. lol. Doug was still on the Bucs in 82. That is basic football 101 shit.

How in the F&¢% can someone screw that one up?

Does anyone in the Redskins PR department have any actually knowledge of the Redskins history?

Re: Skins / SF Postgame

Thoughts from the game:

I didn't pay much attention after the first drive, I guess Callahan's game plan of trying to become the first team to win a game with a 95/5 run/pass ratio wasn't feasible.

On the other hand the meme and stats game going around the web is fantastic right now.

Case in point:

Also I know the Redskins can't wear a second helmet with the brown pattern on it for their throwback uni game, but I wonder why they couldn't just take the decals off the first helmet and put a full helmet decal over it for one week?

The original year where we wore the throwbacks with the brown helmets was the best look imo.

My favorite look for the skins, and i play this in Madden all the time, is the 2002 throwback uniform where we have the brown jersey with the spear on the shoulders, and helmet with the spear logo. LOVE that look.
