That speaks volumes of their relationship
And it also speaks volumes to Haskins maturity, or lack thereof.

Jay Gruden may not have been a great head coach here, but he could be one somewhere else one day. Or he could be an offensive coordinator. Which means at some point, Haskins could be seeking employment on a team where Jay is on staff.

He's got to learn and grow, but if you knew the HC never really wanted you in the first place would you be upset he was fired? I wouldn't

I am petty, I probably would. If that is how I felt at the time. He is human, if that's how you feel, do it.

Oh great. So we can use the #1 overall pick on the draft next year to trade for Mike Tomlin. Makes sense.

The source knows Snyder well.

I'm gonna take a wild guess, Bruce Allen is running the search for a new HC.

They had him come in at 5am to get fired. That is pathetic.

If I was Jay I would have said, “fuck you”, I’m getting fired anyways, staying in bed.

It was the final step in the Allen playbook. They already tarnished his name in the media, now they're probably hoping he'll lash out so they can point the blame at him some more.

Meanwhile Allen will hold a press conference at 1 pm to announce Dan has trusted him with leading the charge to find a new HC, and he promises not to fail this time.

Ok,while I'm glad he's gone it doesn't really change anything,Bruce is still calling the shots and he put his buddy Callihan in as interim coach while isn't gonna change much, now on the other hand MC Connell is gonna run the offense so maybe they will score a few more points, but until Danny stops being -starstruck and actually hires-FOOTBALL PEOPLE then we're gonna have the same results...DANNY-WAKE THE FUCK UP!!!
