It's how they were hurt that worries me. Quinn suffered a sprain when a butterfly landed on his thumb and Richardson was knocked down by a 12 mph wind gust and hurt when he landed on a feather pillow.

But don't worry, they'll be good to go for the opening game. Now, Game 2 is another matter - I don't think we can count on their availability for that one. Plus, Doctson will probably have a boo-boo by then and be held out as well.

By then Gruden should be forced to play the men we really want to see: Terry McLaurin, Cam Simms, Kelvin Harmon, and Robert Davis.

Re: Redskins vs Falcons PS Week 3

Out of concern for the mental health of all Redskins fans, I'm begging you not to watch the O-Line play in this game. And, whatever else you do, do not look at the O-Line Depth Chart. I can hardly believe we are about to start the season with this pathetic group! A move or multiple moves need to be made for OL help before the season starts.

This is a fair point and equally rational. I'm going to stick with the equally rational positive viewpoint until the Redskins give me my annual reason to abandon it.

That's rational, right?

It’s really amazing. Quinn couldn’t stay on the field last year. Both these guys are small and need to learn how to protect themselves better.

Preseason injuries and regular season injuries are completely different animals. Mclaurin and Quinn would probably both be able to play if it was the season right now. Richardson is close.

Re: Redskins vs Falcons PS Week 3

Please no more excuses. If they can't survive non contact drills in practice, they aren't going to make it to the end of the season. This isn't on the training staff.

Guys like Mike Westbrooke, Devin Thomas, and Malcolm Kelly were all big and strong but couldn't stay healthy.
Gary Clark is smaller than PRich (both height and weight) and played in an era when half the stadiums had astroturf directly on concrete and you could try to kill WRs back then. He only started missing games when his hamstrings gave out towards the end of his career.

Redskins Man Crush of of 2019 Trey Quinn is expected to catch 50-70 balls this year. WTF is he going to do once he catches a ball in the middle of the field, lay down? This dude can't play musical chairs without getting injured. Quinn is the same height and about 5lbs lighter than Garcon. He is pretty big for a slot WR. No excuses.

They were showing Richardson at practice on CSN last night. His arms and legs look like pencils.

DJax is the same build.

He doesn't need to run people over, just run by them.

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

Yea I miss all pro WRs too lol.

I get what you mean though. Clark was like 175 and somehow managed to stay on the field. The most important ability is availability

Makes sense because Quinn is bigger, he's listed at 6-0 201 vs Richardson at 6-0 180
