I voted for Bugel but I think it is both Bugel and Williams. The two weakest parts of our team last year was the O-line and Defense. They were both badly coached last year. But our O-line had great talent and there is no excuse for their poor performance last year. The defense on the other hand was short on talent on the D-line and saftey positions.

I had a really difficult time deciding between Williams and Bugel. I think both coaches are going to have a tremendous impact on this team on their respective sides of the ball.

I had to go with Williams, because if the defense returns to playoff-caliber form, it will be the result of his system and his coaching methods. He's the top dog on the defensive side of the ball, and all of the other defensive coaches will be following his lead. It will be his defensive philosophy that is being promulgated by the defensive staff in practice, and he will be calling the defensive plays on gameday.

Bugel will most certainly play a major role in transforming the underachieving O-line into real Hogs, and that will contribute largely to the success of the offense as a whole. But as critical as Buges' role will be to the offense, his impact on the offensive side of the ball, much less the team as a whole, will be secondary to that of Joe Gibbs.

Though Bugel and Williams have similar official titles, Williams will have more influence on the overall shape and performance of the team on his side of the ball, and therefore as an individual, will have a greater impact on the team.

Buges is one of may all-time favorites: a real old school NFL man, and a great guy for a quote. He'll have our o-line in top form in no time flat.

But I chose Williams. I've really liked what he had to say so far, he works hard, he's aggressive, and he's smart. We were lucky to snap him up, and my guess is he'll give us the kind of D that will allow us to win it all. Also, there's less talent on his side of the ball, so he's got more of a burden.

I went with Bugel, our QB and Portis will love having a smart oline. I think it really comes down to who we draft. If we draft Taylor then it will be Williams, we draft Winslow then it will be Bugel teaching Winslow how to block and shift.

In all fairness isnt Williams an assistant head coach as well?

Greg Williams by a longshot. The problem with our O-Line was Spurriers play calling, not their skills. The problem with our D was they were poorly coached, where I'm not so sure our O-Line was *that* poorly coached, but just had crappy plays to run.

I think that that Bugel and Williams are both going to make huge differences in their respective areas, but I think that Williams will improve his unit the most; mainly because they underachieved so much last year.

I went with Williams. I think he'll get our D back into the top ten if not the top five. Bugel will also have a huge affect. We were lucky to get them both and Joe Gibbs to boot. I can't wait for the season to start!!!

I think our defense will do better mostly because our offense will perform. the defense last year was on the field for 45 minutes of the game, even Bruce Smith was getting tired!
