I dunno, seems like you got vaccinated you really don’t need testing unless you are sick.

I totally get the unvaccinated having strict protocols

It's tough because vaccinated people can spread delta so if you have some players on team who are not vaccinated, you need to make sure the whole team do their part to protect the unvaccinated players. I think the unvaccinated players will start to reconsider once their team loses games because of them.

Tampa Bay team is probably the only team that doesn't really need the regular tests and won't lose because of the virus.

I know last year Lamar had symptoms. He was talking about it on 105.7 the fan and even a month afterward he said he felt fine then but still had some fatigue and no sense of taste or smell. Regardless the teams always keep it pretty hushed how severe an illness or injury is. Always playing chess.

If they are using the rapid test, it’s completely unreliable especially if you have been vaccinated. Seems like if Martin was positive on the rapid, he needs to get the PCR test immediately to back up that result. If that negative, he should play.

But your logic makes sense

Nah, I like the current method better. He needs to just take some time off, rest, and come back after Sunday. Even if he doesn't have COVID I'm sure this has been an extremely traumatic experience for him.

Was that a Denver based story? Just curious as to why they refer to him as former Denver Broncos running back, I thought he played for Washington for much longer.

This is literally the best day of universal NFL fans. It is the Schroedinger's Cat day of NFL Fandom. For each and every fan, Every team you root for is poised for their greatest year ever and every team you root against has the possibility of collapse. As soon as tomorrow's game is done some subset of NFL fans will no longer have that same ability.

I just hope it's the right subset...and I believe it will be.

Re: Around the NFL: Week 1

Dang ..forgot the Boys drafted Jabril Cox in the 4th. They throw picks at LB like we do DL.

Vander Esch
Jaylon Smith
Micah Parsons
Jabril Cox
plus former Hawks safety Keanu Neal converted to LB

^^ if they stay healthy, best LB unit in the league? They all seem to be north-south stop run, sack type guys but if Parsons or Cox can cover ..

Their D was bottom 10 in most defensives stats last year. That's why 8 of their 11 picks this year were on the defensive side.

Of course a contributing factor was their offense taking a step back due to their O-line issues, Dak out, and Zeke not having a great year.

If Dak is close to 100%, and their D is even a little better, they could have a pretty big turn around. I don't like saying that, but it is a real possibility.

That being said, I'm hoping they get skull-dragged tonight!
