It's a legit question imo. Young guy in prime condition of his life earns 40 million and decides to get his rocks off raping homeless women and the elderly (excluding the young girl accusations from 2003)? I'd seriously question his mental stability.

Even if that is the excuse he still needs to be locked up, the question is whether prison or involuntary institutionalized.

The other problem with his defense is CTE can only be diagnosed after death.

Either way, I'll second Matty who is also glad we didn't draft him.

He was a little off the rocker at The U too, remember his "I'm a soldier" rant? There were also red flags when he was drafted

So the Jets just fired their GM and their VP of Player Personnel. Adam Gase, their current head coach, is now the interim GM.

Agreed, although this is the NY press we're talking about, they'll be on fire about this.

It seems that Gase was getting jealous of all the bad press Gettleman was getting.

And CJ Mosley apparently. This makes our dysfunction seem like nothing IMO. It should be fun to watch.

I'm sports bored. Off seasons feel like an eternity. But also don't want to wish summer away either. I need some medical football replacement drugs.

NBA sucks so I watch some NHL here and there. I stay busy with football though even in the O/S

Since I moved from Southern California to Virginia 8 years ago I have no problem wishing summer away. It rains more in summer than the other seasons with thunderstorms that sound like bombs going off. On top of that the high humidity even makes temps in the low 80's seem nasty. I won't even mention all the biting insects that thrive in the summer.

I tried to watch Sharks game Monday night (I'm originally from bay area, only home team that is my favorite, by default, because I don't follow hockey), but I just can't get into it. Unless its 3rd period or overtime of game 7, just doesn't do it for me. But I can watch a whole pre season football game if the Skins are on.

One of the reasons I moved to WNY, Yeah winters suck balls but Summer is amazing, 80 degrees , no humidity hardly and no bugs.

I guess you can keep your snow and I will keep the outdoor sauna with bugs. We only get about two feet of snow a year here and that is enough shoveling with my bad back.
